Non delivery of gas in time

I have booked cylinder on 20/04.MY CONSUMER NUMBER IS 611864. I have nt recieved it yet. when i called up the office thy told me thy wl send tmrw..now... later n so on... this is not the first time am facing this problem..last time i waited for long time but no use i had to visit personally to office n i had to get the cylinder. i have seen many complaints..but i dont understand y u people not taking any necessary actions. if you cannot provide the home delivery service properly to the customers then cancel it... simply why u wasting peoples time... really this HP GAS - TALKAR GAS SERVICE, NEAR AZAD MAIDAN BHAVAN IS VERY VERY WORST... they even dont know how to speak to customers... very very disappointed by the service..never seen such a useless service anywhere in india... i have stayed in many places..but i never faced this problem..HP GAS- TALKAR GAS SERVICE IS WORST USELESS...
