Lack of consistent Gas flow from the cyclinde

We have Online booked Gas cyclinder on date 07/09 under booking number 174447.

The same cyclinder was attached to gas stove on 29/12.

We found that there is no consistent gas flow from the cyclinder due to which the we are unable to use the cyclinder.
