HR issue
No salary as per Designation

Hi,

I was working in Air Deccan at Bangalore from the day one in operations department as Supervisor-Operations, AND in 2007 march the company taken over by Kingfisher Airlines and forceable transfer to MUMBAI..and designated as Executive-Operations as equal to Supervisor was in Deccan..But till now 2010 AUG no increment and the main thing is over department officer level (lower to Executive level) are getting salary more than me..Requested my department heat that, after transferring no salary increased… and expenses are more like Rent, house maintenance charges, transportations, food etc... and again and again requested to my HOD at least to make my salary equal to an Executive level and not asking for any additional salary increment for which i transferred to Mumbai, after explaining all my problems but still nothing append and recently one of the staff who promoted as EXECUTIVE from OFFICER level even he's salary was further revised as per the new designation..

Whom to tell about my problem, even my HOD would not able to help me out... but, he always says that, he is taken the matter to HR, but there are not doing anything..

KINDLY SUGGEST WHAT SHOULD I DO, FACING PROBLEM BY THE MANAGEMENT
