Product not delivered

I have ordered for a "Bouquet of 12 Red Roses with 500 gms Butterscotch Cake and 7 assorted Cadbury Chocolates & 1kg gulab jamun" on 28th Dec morning via order number 211-80-9292. The order was supposed to be delivered on 30th Dec morning hours.

Till late 30th Dec around 5PM when I followed up with the supplier, they informed me that they cannot deliver my order due to unavoidable circumstances. But they will deliver my order next day. Till I contentiously followed up over email, I was told that it could not be delivered on 31st too.

The service and support is so bad that they neither informed me in advance about the failure, which could have helped me do alternative arrangements. This has caused a sever mental tension and embrasment.

I am attaching the email for your further reference. My request is to block this site from further cheating the customers.
