Deceitful act of maruti dealer, Indus Motors Private Limited, Calicut, Kerala, India

Sir,

Its a highly shameful act of deception that the Maruti dealer- Indus Motors Private Limited, Calicut, kerala has shown to me. I had booked for a Maruti Dzire VDi (White), ORDER BOOKING FORM NO- 27063, from the above mentioned dealer on 28-05.

Its almost 5 months wait now and its still indefinite. Meanwhile, the dealer's act of deceiving their customers has come to light with the fact that they are delivering Dzire for customers who are very much behind in the waiting list, but at the same time, are ready to pay the EXTRA amount that they demand and also buy maximum accessories from their showroom. Cheap sales tactics indeed!! And that too from renowned car makers like you!

Sir, I sincerely beg you to do the needful to provide justice at the earliest and at the same time, bring forth some measure in order to curb such acts of deception from the side of the dealers.
