Non reimbursement of exchange offe

I had purchased a Santro car from KTC Hundai at Calicut in December. They had an exchange offer of Rs 10, 000 for old cars and all documents pertaining to that was submitted to KTC Hundai office at Calicut where they promised that the reimbursement would take place in a period of 3 months from then and that the money has to be reimbursed from the headquarters. Till date no money has been received in spite of repeated enquires at Calicut with the dealers. kindly help.
