Complain against non-receipt of corporate discount from hundai

My brother (Manish Kumar) bought a Hundai i10 car on 24th NOV.He was supposed to get corporate discount of Rs 6000 as per the invoice and a body cover but the dealer Kriss Hundai Patna did not gave him the body cover and he hasn't yet received Rs 6000 as corporate discount even after multiple reminders and complains. When i call Hundai they say that the dealer (Kriss Hundai) have told that they have not received my RC and the dealer sent me a letter 29/01 they have sent my "claim to hundai moter india ltd for an early settlement and we will diburse your claim asap".
