Non refund of exceess money paid towards purchase of hundai santro vehicles

I have paid advance amount of Rs.10000/- to the authorised sals representative of dealer of Hundai motors names AAkash deep motor Pvt. Ltd, Sambalpur, orissa .there after full amount paid by our finance bank SBI, Badmal. The dealer supposed to refund back my advance amunt which was paid by us. further to this an amount of Rs.= also refund towards corporate amount being my self as central govt employee.in spite of repeated requested, the dealer is not responding at all. please do the need full in this regard.
