Discolouration

Sir,

My name is shaine p mohanan, purchased indica vista (black aqua kl 46 c 9838) First payment 1000 (29-05), second payment 50, 000 (31-05), balance payment through bank loan. Delivery date 9th june 05:45 pm. They told me about the offers that i will get when i purchased the vehicle by that month. I agreed and need only assurance on its quality & perfectness. I used the car only for about a week.By that time i found difficult in opening the left front door and also complaint with stearing & power window. Not only this there are many discolourations on the bonet and many parts of the body. I complained it on 12th june and i gave the vehicle on 17th to the showroom. They gave it on 19th but the complaint on colour change is not cleared. Again i gave it on 22nd June 26 it was not cleared yet and the car is still on your showroom. The service staff told me that the only solution is repainting and i don’t agreed. Am not satisfied with your service and if you don’t give me a reasonable solution i will complaint it in consumer court.
