Poor feedback and rude behaviou

I had done my car servicing before 4 months at hyundai anand gujarat and yesterday i asked to mail me the duplicate copy of bill to forward to income tax department as my original copy is with insurance company ..i called them up at hyundai ANAND (GUJARAT) but they spoked very rudely to us that u have to come to showroom to pick the duplicate bill as they are not having internet connection., the thing is like they are not supposed to talk rudely to their customer and as per my problem i stay in town far away from anand like 150 kilometers and its not possible for me to pick the bill from showroom and spend 1500 useless expenses ..so kindly take some legal action and do some needful favour to us, ..hope you take my complain seriously
