Over heating of engine

I had purchased santro-lp car in 2001 and there was problem of heating of engine at 24, 000 km and after that twice the engine was repaired ring piston was changed and the same problem still persist. Hence it means there was a fault in the engine. Hence i want engine should be replaced or repaired. Car registeration no up-70 s8198.

Hence please rectify this problem.
