I10 Clutch break down

Respected sir

I have puchased i10 Next gen car in the month of Nov with paying full cash to Lakshmi Hyundai in Kukatpally. On March 2 rd 2011 i have the clutch break down for the new car. I feel this is manufacturing defect. I had to pay Rs.8153 rs for the repair of the same. I strongly feel this needs to be reimbused.
