Pathetic car service

I have been giving my car - Hyundai Getz (KA-02 / MA 2620) to Safdarjung Hyundai for service for past 1- 1/2 years and must have spent around Rs. 75, 000 to 100, 000 till date. But their service has never been satisfactory. I gave my car for major services like shock absorbers, brakes, A/C servicing and replacement of fuel pump, but still these are troubling me, in spite of my repeated requests to correct the same.

At present I am facing following problems

1. Noise from A/C system

2. Fuel smell
