Egarding manufacturing defect and engine uncertain overheating

I am sunirjhar pandey from Behrampore, Murshidabad, West BengalI.Sir I am Physically Handicapped and for this I have purchased the car for best communication from my home to school and vice-versa. I have purchased santro GL F/L BS-IV FROM K.R Hyundai, Behrampore on 17th Jan. Within 3 days from the date of purchasing problem gets occured in the vechiles. I have noticed that there is uncertain engine overheating. When I went to the dealer and told that there is uncertain engine overheating then they told that get the car to the showroom and they managed to repair the problem. After some days there is another problem encountered in the new brought Santro. And the fact is that the problem has been concluded by experience driver and he concluded that self starter get damaged and it is not self sufficient to start the engine. It's engine sound is not up to the mark and it's occured rather other type of sound. And the main thing is that It is new brought santro and it's get defected within few days and how it is possible. I am giving the Vechile clarificatrion& Vechile's chasis no. MALAA51HLAM617801M and Engine no. is G4HGAM167310. As I am a customer and I am middleclass man and If I can afford

4 Lakhs then it is very huge amount for me. The dealer K.R. Hyundai Behrampore has ill behaviour for the customer side and this hits the company reputation that's we call Hyundai. The only thing I WAnt is the justice. I have purchased new car so I couldn't managed to get car repair. If It's Get trouble it's a fault of company and dealer. So I can't compromise
