Delay in car repai

I own a car i10 (hyundai) which I bought on 30th Oct last year. I had a bad accident on 1st of Jan this year.

I have given my vehicle MH 12 FP 4978 (i10 sportz, white) for repair at Sanjay Hyundai, Bhosari, Pune.

I have given them my car on 2nd Jan.

The repair work should have been completed by now but people at Sanjay hyundai are delaying the delivery of the car and from the past 15 days are saying that some parts have not been received from the parent company (HYUNDAI) itself which is causing the delay. Although after contacting hyundai I was told that the parts are usually received within 7 days by the dealer.

Please help me get my car repaired at the earliest as its been two months and Im not getting any satisfactory reply from either the company or the dealer.
