Failure of central locking system of Asta i20 Hyundai purchased from KTC Hyundai, Thrissur on November. Called toll free number and they redirected us to KTC Hyundai Thrissur. They said that there are no workers available and that we will have to wait for two to three days. We are unable to lock the car manually or with the remote. The service manager to whom the call finally ended up after several diverts refuses to answer his telephone.
