Mileage and engine

I have purchased Eon (Hyundai) dated 28.01.12, at that time dealer as well company claim that the car have mileage of 21.5 per km. But right now car mileage is 12-13 per km in 1liter. I have visited various service station, every representative is saying that it will not give mileage more then 14 . It is a fake deal come existence with wrong commitments. As well they are saying car have 3 cylinder that is why it will feel load at the time of AC working.

Pick up is also not satisfactory.

I am totally unsatisfied with the Hyundai company, how can they offer the product to customer if their employee are not satisfied with the product, they are saying that it is not good quality car we should sell it.

First time i purchased Hyundai car, but its not a good experience. I want to sue the company
