Hi. This is to update that I have registered a formal complaint (cr@hmil.net) on poor car service experience (Hyundai Motor Plaza, Meerut Road) of my newly bought Hyundai i10 on 13th December'09. As an automated reply they assured me that regional officer will establish contact in three working days. Even after three months, the company does not seem to have any obligations towards its customers. I urge all the Hyundai customers to check the quality delivered during car service; rather than watching TV in their waiting area, you might need to chase your car to ensure proper service of your hard earned vehicle.
