Hi,

I had booked an I10 on 27th Dec via your dealer Rishabh Motors Pvt Ltd in Okhala, New Delhi

I had made the complete payment towards my booking of i10 in lieu of the commitment from the dealer that I will take delivery of my car on 21st Jan since I had to gift this car to my Wife on her retirement.

It was to my surprise that when I started calling the dealer for my delivery from 15th Jan no one was answering my queries and neither the agent (Mohit Sharma – Ph: 9891316841) and the Manager (Sunita Nayar – Ph:9810902765) were accepting my calls.

Later I went personally to their showroom on 24th Jan and I was told that the car I booked in Dec i10 (Carbon Gray color) is not available and we need to compromise on a different color or we need to pay additional cost for a 2011 model if I need carbon gray color.

This is truly disappointing for a MNC like Hyundai and the reason I took a 2nd car from Hyundai was for the quality of service. I have lost faith in this dealer and until now also there is no reply from the dealer.

They do not provide any customer service and just for bookings they lure customers to do booking and later put them in confusion and ask them to compromise.

Car Booked: i10 Magna 1.2 BS1V, Carbon Grey

On top of it i contacted the Hyundai Customer care and they took my complaint but i feel now they are also not able to help. Its over a week and everytime i call them they say that request in progress and someone will call you but nothing happens.

What kind of company is this and the i beleive this dealer should be taken off from Hyundai. Its just business they are into and there is no customer care.
