Dealer not making refund of Car booking Amount

Dear sir

I have booked for Hyundai i-10 by paying Rs1000/- car at Prestige Hyundai Dealer located at Madan mahal, Jabalpur. It was assured to me by Mr. Surya (Sales Executive) at this dealer that this amount is refundable and will be paid back to you in case of cancellation.

Now due to some personal reasons, i cancelled the booking and asked Mr. Surya for refund of Rs1000/-. but he refused to pay me back my amount and also mis-behaved with me.

I request you to kindly help me out in getting my amount of Rs1000/- back.
