Hi, I had booked a hyundai verna Fuidic CRDI SX vehicle on May 30th in Chennai. The cost of the vehicle is INR 10.38 Lacs 39k (insurance cost as quoted by the dealer).

I had applied for a car loan from HDFC bank for 7 lacs and it got sanctioned and the money has also been transferred to the dealer's account in chennai. And further I had also paid the balance amt to the dealer.

When I applied the loan, HDFC offered me a car insurance for the vehicle @ 27k and I purchased it as it was cheaper than the price quoted by the dealer. Now the dealer says that he can't deliver the vehicle unless I purchase the insurance from him @ 39k.

Its been over 2 months now and I have even remitted my 1st EMI amt to the bank but haven't got the vehicle yet. Pls help me on what can I do on this
