Spares not available in time

Sir

i have having getz 1.1 gle purchased around july end thirty five years back from showroom at ratnagiri

we are having service station at chiplun

their is heavy rainfall around 350cm in chiplun

i informed service station at chiplun that i need viper (both) with arm unit

for last one week they are not getting it anywhere

i can not drive car for last one week as this is rainy season
