Booking Amount

I had Booked one Hyndai Car I- 10 on 29th April Booking Amount of 5000 Rs was paid by me.

Value of the car is 415528 rs, Loan of 85 % was approved by Axis bank i.e 353000 rs.

On subsequent discussions dealer told me to pay 60000 rs for balance payment which i had paid on 20/5.

Due to some family problems i had decided to cancel the purchasing of the car and same i have conveyed to dealer on 1 st June.

Now Mr Joshi, MD, Hyndai Goa, is not responding to my phone calls, mails and SMS. I had called him more than 15 times for appointment but he keeps postponing it.
