Sir my vehicle met with an small accident on 13 mar at 1900 hrs. i live in naliya i purchased my i 10 from b. mangatram & sons Bhuj Kutch, Gujrat i drove along on 14 Mar at 10oohrs all the way to Bhuj which is 110 Kms from my place. The problem is till date and hour of this day i am getting an answer stating that my vehicle part which is damaged is not available in gandhidham & it will take atleast 10 days more for the parts to reach the service station in Bhuj. I just want a small clarification have i made a mistake by purchasing i 10.

i just want you to intervene in this matter and solve my problem & i feel every one out here is facing the same problems the clintele satisfaction level is to low
