Ridiculous Service and behaviuo

Hi,

My Name is Ashish,

I owned Maruti Alto VXi, and went for servicing to Laxmi Cars, Located in Maharastra (India) at Kashimira (Mira Road), Thane.

Those people are very much errogant and rude, i would like to make a statement that no one should buy Maruti's product, if we have to face these kind of people and this kind of service.

A lady who was sitting at reception, she has too much extra attitude and not at all customer freindly, her name is Vinita, and a manager is one step ahead than receptionist, his name is Sudhir (Workshop Manager), when I have told him that I will make a complaint to higher authorities, he said bluntly do what ever u wish to.

I felt very bad as I am facing this kind of attitude from a proffesional organisation like Maruti Suzuki

NO ONE SHOULD GO FOR MARUTI PRODUCT, CAUSE SERVICE STATION STAFF IS TOO RUDE.
