Worst Automobile Company in India

I purchased I 10, Magna model bearing registration No. DL 7 CJ 7570 from Sunrise Motors, Patparganj Industrial Area in October. I was promised that the mileage of the car is around 18-19 km/l but its not even giving the mileage of 12 km/l. I contacted the dealer and service station 5-6 times but the problem still persists. further more it had developed started problem also, as it takes 3 to 4 ignitions to start it. In the month of feb the car was kept by the dealer for almost 25 days but nothing changed. Now again some 20 days back I registered my grievance with the dealer and send the car for service and to be checked. They charged almost one thousand rupees saying that they added some solvents and other things to the engine oil, so that the mileage may be improved but nothing has changed. I again visited the dealer after 2 days but the result is same.
