? carborator sound

I bought i10 car on 02-01. after a few days i noticed some tic-tic sound from below after the car is switched off after driving. i took the car to the dealer for first free service & told him about the problem at sunrise car dealer, patpadganj, delhi. they said it is from the carborator & can not be fixed though they will try but to my dissatisfaction the car was delievered without fixing anything. i want to know, can it be fixed or not. if yes whom to approach & where. my name is munish khurana, 39 gagan vihar extn, delhi--51 phone no--9811522639
