Wiper not operating properly

I have purchased hyundai i 10 car 2 years ago but since last 1 year i am facing a problem that the wiper of the car once started does not stops unless you turn the ignition off completely. I went to the service center many times they have changed the liver and they have tried to correct but after few days again the same problem occurs. Not only in rainy season but if i wash the car and i start the wipers they does not stop. So far i have not got the solution for it. Kindly help in the matter.
