Harashment in servicing and warranty

Hi this is mr pravin agarwal from westbengal siliguri.i have owned a hyundai i10 car nearabout a year before.i had heard about the bad image of hyundai servicing but i personally viewed it when i gave my own car for the 3rd servicing.actually my car was in warrany period and my power window machined had been spoiled so i ask them to replace it they told that its out of stock with them.ok thats understable i can be sometimes but they even dont have ten rupees fuse available with them..i cant understable wat the hale they are doing.they kept my car for 5 days and gave me incomplete..which they promise me to give in 3 days...
