False promises - Delay in Delivering Ca

I booked i10 Sports from Advaith Hyundai - Marathahalli outer ring road in second week of December. I paid 15% of price at that time and remaining released by SBI on 31st December. They promised me the car on 1st January. They didnt deliver the car and then re-promised deliver on 7th Jan. Now when I called they are saying they dont have any clue.

Please beware of their false promises. Dont rely on their sales team especially Mr. Jay Shetty. They are ready to do false promises to get the money. Once money is in their hands, they will keep on postponing the deliver.

If anyone of you come across such type of situation, please advise my next step.
