Cracking of front glass (again after changing)

I bought i20 (asta) in 2009 from republic hyundai, line tank road, ranchi. Recently about 1 weeks (on 2nd july) ago the front glass was cracked, so we took it to the service center to change the glass. We were told to claim for the replacement of glass. So we did as they told us. But due to bad sevice the glass again cracked in 1 week (on 8th july) while the car was on halt. We again rushed to the sevice center, this time again they are telling to claim for the replacement of glass. It was their fault that they didnot fitted the glass properly then why should we bear the claim. They are also not ansering our question, how did it cracked.
