Rude behavior of the Orion staff

I bought i20-Asta from Orion Auto in Gurgaon on 31st Jan. Some of the staff at Orion are so rude and unprofessional. For registration of my car, I have to ring them up so many times. They even forgot to send my file. When I visited the showroom, I found that they could not find the file.

The worst is the attitude of its staff memeber (I am not naming), who talks to rudly to me.
