Manual Gear shift indicators are not working

Hi All,

I had purchased a new i20 Magna in Nov from Capital Hyundai Noida. My car had one feature i.e., Manual Gear Shift Indicators and after first service this feature is not working. I had logged the complaint to the same service center and they are telling me that this feature does not come in this model though being a owner of the car i have used this feature for more than 2 months and have shown the same feature to my friends also.

I have visited the service center twice but they are unable to diagnose this issue.

If any one face the same issue and got it solve please let me know.
