I am going through a real mess right now due to one of hyndai dealer at howrah. I have paid the whole amount before 31st of december to get a new i20 magna petrol. But last thursday when I went to get the delivery of my car I found out that the car was tampered just above the right door panel. I immediately stated the problem to the sales person but they have tried very hard convincing me why I should take the damaged car. You will be really amazed when you know the reason why they were forcing me. Just because they have done the temporary registration of the car. Sounds funny. Isnt it. Just think once, I have paid 5, 31, 000 bucks to buy a damaged car. In the mean time they were contineously coming up with some other reason and telling me that I have to take that car only and I dont have any other option. I should take the car like that and they will repair it next day... At the end of the conversation I clearly told them that either they have to provide me with a brand factory car or else return the money. I have lodged a complaint against them at hyundai. I have the photos of the damaged car also along with me as evidence.

Can you please help me out what step I can take against them and what Hyundai will do to solve this problem?
