Poor after Sales service & non availability of spares

Doesn't have words to explain the kind of service we get here in India. I had given My recently purchased I20 sports to one of the dealers in Gurgaon India (Superion Hyundai) for repair but to my surprise came to know that entire region doesn't have even the basic spairs to maintain any vehicle & minimum downtime is one month.

I have never expected this from a company like Hyundai to have these kind of problems. I am ready to spend any amount but should get proper services.

I am so frustrated now that don't have words to explain my agony.
