Free Service not accepting

Dear Sir/Madam

I have purchased Hyundai i10 from Capital Hyundai, Noida. But I'm getting my services done in Motor Plaza, Delhi. Today I went for 3 Free Service but they didn't accept my vehicle saying that they were short of manpower today. I requested them to book my Sevice for Sunday ie 13 dec.but they said we have full booking till 28 Dec.

as I'm going out of station 0n 17 Dec, I request you to get my Sevice done before as I want my Service to be done in Motor Plaza, Delhi Pnly
