Non response of my car service

Dear sir i purchased verna sx vgt on 26/03 and first servicing on 29/05.after i found there is not proper serviceing . some pent touch up require but dealer are told me there is not available of such type of shed . and he told me is it chargeble. and it should be Rs 500/- plus service tax. wheather it is correct. i am haveing a maruti vehical last 15 year but i think there are not charged like these.
