Old battery in new ca

I purchased a new i 10 hyundai car 30 dec from Himgiri Motors Wazir pur delhi. It develop starting trouble due to battery defect on second day which was removed by Himgiri motors in 2 days and car delievered at my house. On 16.12.2009 i e after 11 months it again developed similar problem of discharged battery and i complained to Himgiri motors again. Himgiri motors refered the case to Exide batteries who told me that battery in the car is of sep 2008 and warranty has been expired therefore they can not replace the battery. I again contacted Himgiri motors but they are asking me to share the cost of new battery.

I am sufferring humiliation and frustration for no fault of mine. I incurred Rs. 4lack on new car but have no satisfaction but feeling like I have been cheated My car No is DL8CT 0187.
