Exchange amt rs10000 not given

I bought hyundai, i10 from above dealerby making full payment on 9th feb my customer id is c2011011144, i gave my old car maruti zen under exchange offer for which i was entitle rs10000 only which i have nor recd despite making several calls to mr.vaibhav mob no.9820200333 and emails athmpmum@hmil.net regularly i can forward all those emails 2 u if so desired by u, on 14 th jan i gave call 2 above dealer which was attended by miss sangita and she told me that they have not recd any email from last 12 months and she inform me that email sent by me as mention in invoice is wrong so i forwarded all earlier email now at cr@hmil.net

i request perhedar to get me rs 10000 which is pending from one year and now they several excuses for that
