Govt employees discount not received

I purchased i10 car from nawan shahr punjab (sub dealer of kosmo hyundai jalandhar on 14-08. I am a govt employee. I was assured a special discount for govt. employees. I had already submitted required documents. I had complained many times to, sub dealer, dealer and company, but till so far i did not receive any discount amount. Please help.
