Faulty Side view mirro

We had complained during 1st service in Dec that the side view mirrors are faulty. The object is nearer instead of being far. The warning written on the mirror is that objects are far than it appears. As per Sunrise this is in all the i10 cars. I would like to know who will be responsible in case of any mishap. If this is the case then why wrong message is written on the mirrors. I would certainly go to the consumer court and sue Hyundai for such blunder if the case is not resolved within this week.(up to March 26)
