Sir/mam,

i would like to bring in your concern that i have purchased a hyundai santro registration up- 14 aq 3447 ..since then the car is not working properly it has been facing the problem of left pulling and cng.. even after sending the car for service for more over then 50 times the problem has not been resolved.. we have been mentally harassed by the company and the service executive for more over then 3 years .. we have been fooled by saying that the car is working fine when it was not due to which my child also had an major accident an year back... i would like you to help me in this regard and help me change the vehicle or compensate me for the harassment and the loss...

we spent a lot of money on the car getting repaired but that was not of any use.. i feel like cheated and mistreated by the company...
