Gear box problem

I purchased a santro-gls car numbered DL8CT0945 in the year january.

from the date of purchase i found the problem in its gear box. i complaint for that at least 5 times but the solution is not still satisfactory.

problem is that sometimes gear comes in the neutral in the running position when i faces some patches on the road.
