Ear wiper problem

I took my santro car for service on Hans hyundai B-31 jhilmil industrial area, shahdra, Delhi-110092 . I complain about rear wiper, not working properly, without checking it carefully they told me to change the motor of that wiper in 5000 rupees thus I refuse to them and than I took it to a local garage, there only a minor wiring problem was found.
