Change of old stepny in place of new stepny

Sir,

My car i10 Hyundai had received for paid service by BEEAAR Hyundai work shop Chinhat, Faizabad road, Lucknow, on 30-11, my wife received back the Car after made payments of Rs. 3484=00 but before one week, when I required stepny wheel to change, I saw very surprisely that stepny wheel old and used for long period but my stepny was new and not used till date because I purchased new i10 car on 19- 11 from BEEAARRHyundai Mahanagar, Lucknow.

In this connecton I made complaints to the concern work shop upto General Manager but I have not received any response from the work shop.

So I am requesting to yourself kindly take strong action against work shop and order them to provide me my stepny wheel.
