Hello Sir,
I Mr. Shailender Khunteta owner of i10 purchased on 26th Feb is facing harassment and misleading by car service center (Morani Hyundai).

Complaint 1- Clutch Setting - after the first service of car, clutch plate was always disturbing and not working properly, i complaint over 10 times but no response and finally when warranty got over they are asking for charges (hence it has to be done by them) which has lead to mental harassment and problem facing.
Complaint 2- Average- company has claimed for the average of 18 but car is given only average of 11 . i complaint about this every times car goes on servicing but again no proper response held by their side.
Complaint 3- Speakers- navigation side speaker is on working after first servicing, complaint launched every time car got service charges were also taken but they have taken customers for granted and are not responding properly at all.
Please check into all the above complaint mentioned as car servicing people are just bafooning as and misleading us n given toucher its already been 2 years taking all up lightly but now as warranty is over they are demanding for heavy amount for every part.
