Incentive declared by the company has not been passed to the custome

I have purchased my Hyundai i10 Magna 1.2 from PLANET HYUNDIA, Planet Automotive Pvt Ltd, Maninagar Ahmedabad on 26 Fe 2010. Being in the Armed forces I purchased the car through CSD facility. The ongoing incentive as per the company for themonth of Feb is FREE INSURANCE, however the dealer has charged the full insurance fee from the customer. The details of the purchase are Invoice No H200902225, Customer ID C2010010896.

Sir pl confirm whether I am eligible for the free INSURANCE scheme.
