Lacktustrous approach

It is being informed that the approach of the Dealer (BeeAar near Saharaganj) and its repair centre in Mahanagar is extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. They don't even listen to the customers once they purpose is solved. I purchased one i-10 manga from the BeeAAR on 18the November. After some time during the first servicing, on my request one person from the Mahanagar Service Centre came to my hosue - 3/3 CISH Residential Complex to collect it (UP 32 DL 1868) for servicing. That time I was in New Delhi. After the service the person who has taken my car for servicing had returned it parking it properly at parking place. I had to pay 100/ for that. He handed over the key to my wife. When I returned, I saw some scratches on the both side at the front portion. I complained. I was told by the same office that we don't take responsibility.

After some time when I went to the BeeAAR's (Saharaganj) repairing centre for repairing of scratches, one new scratch was made on the oopposite side of the car. After heated discussion, I did not pay 500/ with a statement that if film taken before shows that the scratch was there when I brought it, I will pay the double amount. Till date I have not been informed about the truth. Nobody called me for the remaining 500/-. Neither I was called to show the film.

In these regards, i would like to suggest you to kindly instruct your dealers to behave meticulously with the customers. Four members of my family are having i - 10 cars. Besides different charges are taken by different dealers. This is also surprising even in the case of repairing.
