Problem in car & unexpected response from the servoce cemtre

Dear sir,

I am your i10 customer having Number as MH-12 ET2182. I had purchased and taken the delivery of the car on 11 April having mileage of 16, 193 km till date

On 20 March morning, while driving the car to my office at around 10 AM, I suddenly noticed the EPS light sensor on as well as the power steering becoming very hard. Without taking any risk, I moved towards home and called the customer care at Kothari Cars Pvt. Ltd. at Satara road, Pune. The operator informed that there is no driver available and I must get the car myself to the service centre. Due to power steering being very hard, it was difficult and unsafe for me to drive the car all the way to the service centre. However, I cautiously drove the car to your service centre. However, I was surprised to know that in spite of me calling over phone and reaching the service station, no one was willing to take my car for service at the show room for more than an hour. I had to literally beg to every worker over there in order to lodge my complaint regarding the car. After a long time, I was fortunate enough to find one machenic lodging the car and handing me the gate pass.

Though it is not even 2 years since I have purchased the i10, I have faced this sudden problem of EPS light sensor being on as well as the power steering becoming very hard. I wish to request you to kindly look into the above issue and try resolving the problem in my car at your earliest.
