Car servcied faulty part not replced

My name is Naresh Aggarwal and this is in reference to service reciept no 77613 for my hyundai i20 DL4C AV 3577, for which service was done from Himgiri service station situated in udyog nagar, peera garhi, Dated :30/12 even after formally communicating the fault in my car which is related to ignition the problem is that my car takes hours to start i got it checked 2 months ago from a mechanic of the same service station who confirmed that the problem is with fuel pump nd i should get it replaced but when i gave my car to get repaired on date :30/12
